They could really up their game with front-desk service. We found another guest's luggage in our room due to mix-ups, which can be unsettling. Plus, the digital room keys might be tricky for those not tech-savvy.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room and had a fantastic experience! The building is beautiful, with a lovely cute vibe. I especially enjoyed my comfortable bed and the cozy restaurant area. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth it! 😊
